Working with a lake panorama? For many of us, only a dream until now. But with the development away from fixed to new open workplace concepts, this became true for us in October 2022. Because: Many of our teams work across different locations. We were therefore looking for a place where everyone feels at home – without any restrictions on their work.
The idyllically located Villa Baron Hermann Bodman and the associated barn directly on Lake Constance seemed perfect for this. In October 2022, both buildings were occupied after complete refurbishment. The villa is located directly opposite the castle and next to the church – it was built in 1877. In the garden between the villa and the barn, besides a stately primeval sequoia, also a double-stemmed Atlas cedar tree is rooted. During the restoration of the barn, it was possible to preserve the historical structure in large parts.
