  • support our customers in the definition of long-term goals and with regard to new product ideas
  • support in determining the requirements of all stakeholders
  • provide the development teams with the necessary support for agile implementation
  • captures our requirements in a backlog and prioritises the topics in coordination with the customer

What you bring along

  • experience in agile roles e.g. as a member of a development team, product owner, scrum master or agile coach
  • empathy and methodology – this is how you optimise team collaboration
  • analytical and communicative skills as well as a structured approach to problems
  • enjoy designing new processes and software together with UX designers and product owners
  • ideally know-how in the area of requirements analysis
